Cheap external hard-drive??

Hey guys, I'm looking for a cheap external Hard-Drive. I mainly need it so I can do a complete backup into this external hard-drive.

A good cheap hard-drive. 250GB--500GB would do. Any suggestions??

But for 100$ you can step up to 1TB, just have to keep your eyes open
