got this in the mail today, a free DVD and $5 gift card offer from USPS, inside they give you a custom URL to enter to fill out the form, its a gray booklet about marketing stuff

It was an online order confirmation code you used for a starbucks GC last year...easy coffee.. :)

Your tax dollars are not being used by the USPS. Its an independent establishment of the executive branch of the Government of the United States, which means it makes it profits soley by revenue.
