Don't feel bad ordering, outreach is one of NIH's primary missions (the other main one of course being research). In fact, beyond NCI, all the other Institutes at NIH offer educational materials, depending on what you're looking for. There isn't a place to sign up online for free copy but I called and ordered it toll free. Really nice man took my order. I know you can print them off but I do prefer to have the hard copy .
