I am looking to buy a new HDTV, I would like it to be at least 46in LCD with 1080p and 120Hz or a nice plasma. I have around 1300 to spend and am in CA so with the exception of Amazon and a few other sites I have to pay hefty taxes/recycling fee. I am going to use the TV for my HTPC to watch HD movies on and game with PS3 and 360.

Search on this site for Sony KDL46V5100 on Dell. It should come in around $1300 for California delivery.
