1. Grab a pen and fill out the form on the next page. (In the H-E-Buddy point book, page 6-7.)

2. Ready? Set. Read! Just pick out 10 books and get started. After you finish reading each one, log it on the next page. Be sure to have a grown up put their initials by each book you've read. (Parents, you can read to your children if they are too young.)

3. When you're done, pat yourself on the back! You've read 10 books. Now reward yourself with a cool prize by mailing the form to:
H-E-Buddy 2009 Summer Reading Program
10503 Sentinel, San Antonio, TX 78217

4. Okay, now be patient. In 2-3 weeks, you'll receive the cool prizes for reading all 10 books. Way to go!

**Notes: Started May 18, 2009. I thought that there was a website last year, so you could print the form from there - but I can't find one right now. You can do one form for each child. I don't know what the age range is. From years past, the prizes include a T-Shirt (you pick the size), a pencil, and a point sticker.

Enjoy! :)

I just want to say this is a great mail in offer. My son received his T-shirt a couple of weeks ago and it came really fast!
