Cheap webcam for $30 or less.

I already tried searching the forums but if you search webcam it just comes up with ever computer deal posted on here because they all include webcams now. Anyways I was looking for a cheap webcam for my brother, his girlfriend will be in Rome for the summer and a semester and he wanted to keep in touch.

Best I could find so far was a dented box logitech for around $30 shipped. Any help would be appreciated.

I use my ps3 eye (http://www.amazon.com/PlayStation-3-Eye/dp/B000VTQ3LU/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=videogames&qid=1243918160&sr=8-1) as a my webcam. IT has a great resolution (almost 720p) and a built in mic. You will have to install this custom software (http://www.codelaboratories.com/files/PS3Eye%20Camera%20Setup%20v2.1.0.0130.exe) , but it works great and seems to work with all webcam meeting applications.
