Hey all.

So me and my friends decided to have a little impromptu visit to Las Vegas to celebrate our buddies bachelor party. I have been searching around for cheap tickets but have been coming up empty thus far.

I thought Vegas was a really cheap place to fly to but the best I am getting is close to $400 round trip. This doesn't seem that slick at all. Am I missing some secret or something. I realize that we are a little late on ticket buying but still I thought we'd be able to get something cheaper than that.

We have a hotel for the 24 - 28 of June which we got amazingly dirt cheap. Now we just need our flights. We are all from Virginia/West Virginia but were thinking about going to Milwaukee for a few days so we are really flexible about where we fly out of. I though Chicago would have some cheap flights out but nothing so far. Columbus OH seemed our best bet.

Anyway, I know there are Vegas hounds around here, so I hope you can help me out.

Thanks.

My husband and I were able to get $88 tickets on AirTran (nonstop) for June 11 - June 15 - but we booked a while ago. We found this by going directly to the AirTran site. This was out of Milwaukee.

I flew there last October using Orbitz. Using an Orbitz coupon, which are easy to find, 3 of us flew there and back for $1500 w/ 6 night hotel stay.

I usually fly Southwest to Vegas. Though, (as their name states)., not sure if they service your end. But some of the cheaper flights I find there.

But using Expedia, usually the discount you get for booking hotel and flight together practically covers the cost of the flight.
