its to verify your age. you have to give it when you sign up threw snail mail too. wont send cpns without it. with snail mail you also have send in a copy of your dl or state id

Don't know if these gas stations are everywhere, but the ones (M. Oil) in the W-Mart parking lot have the 72's and Reds for $27.99/ carton here in AL until the end of June.

If you are a smoker like myself this is a GREAT deal.
10 - $4.00 coupons is unheard of up until now. Thats basically a free carton here in CO at 42.99 when it all adds up.
After the tax rape we got this year it does ease the pocketbook a bit.
