Area Rugs

I'm moving to a new apartment which requires 80% of the floor area to be carpeted or have area rugs on it. So now I need about 400 square feet of carpeting or area rugs. If someone has any ideas I would appreciate it.

check target clearance section, marshall's/tj maxx, walmart often sells many cheap area rugs.
