I did this and received my lipstick the other day! It's a great product! I simply sent in an old lipstick (must be long lasting) and they will promptly send you their product. You will have to pay
shipping to send your old lipstick to them tho...it will average about $1.00-$1.50 for postage.

I did this awhile ago when this company did offer free shipping and I was so dissapointed in their products. It actually burned my lips.
