store locator on their website doesn't work. and on the adoption form they make you fill out from their website, it says you can adopt a dog or cat and get free food in the upper left corner, but where it asks for your pet's info, it just says "new dog or puppy info" nothing about cats.

says you can download a pdf form cause i looked at it this morning.

they just changed it on their website. now on the form it says "furry friends" instead of "dog/puppy." unfortunately they changed the offer so that you have to purchase 4 weeks of food 1st, then they'll match that offer. they also fixed the store locator link.
