Best 5.1 Speaker System in the range of $65

I've been eying the Logitech X-540s (http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=2507686&Sku=L23-7250) but these are $84 and just slightly out of my price range.

I'm getting an HT Striker 5.1 sound card and I want something that can take advantage (but not overkill since i'm def. no audiophile)
