Looking for a home theater bundle

I am looking for a home theater bundle (not HTIB) for my 65" Mitsubishi DLP. I'm looking for a 5.1 system with a nice receiver that has HDMI video switching to it plays both audio and video pieces through HDMI cables. I've seen a few on TigerDirect for Onkyo & Yamaha Receivers with Klipsch HDT300/500 speaker systems going for around $700. I'm looking to spend around that amount, but I wanted to see if anyone had other ideas or saw anything else. Opinions? Looking to purchase something during 4th of July sales if possible.
