Looking for a replacement for dukaDIAL

Jaduka Labs is closing down on July 2, 2009, and with it goes DukaDIAL which was a free service letting you use your existing home phone or work phone to make free long-distance calls in North America.

Does anyone know of a similar service online for making free calls?

(I am not talking about magicJack, Skype, or OOMA.)
