Either the page doesn't load or it just keeps asking me to install the printer (even though it's already installed). Is there any way to fix this? Is it just my firewall?

I had the same problem both on IE and FF. Silly question; bricks software? Do you mean uninstalling the the coupon printer and then re-installing?

I think it is the protection you have set up on your computer - I was having the SAME problem running Windows Vista on my machine. I had to go into the control panel and change settings manually - under network & Internet.

I went to the Internet settings and then Internet properties - and then clicked on the the tab labeled security. At the bottom there was a button which said "custom level" under the heading enable protected mode (with the check in the box right next to it.) I went in and manually enabled everything Active X & Java related. (I still run security software on my computer) By doing this I was able to break that cycle, install the 'computer printer,' print coupons, and have had NO further problems.

HTH

I put everything in the settings as prompt or enable. Nothing has changed though. Still the same problem.

not helpful because i've tried IE and FF and neither work. it's not even the links that i have issues with. i can't even go directly to coupons.com and print anything.

Still need help. Is it possible that my firewall is blocking it?

I feel your pain, believe me. I have tried enabling, disabling, reinstalling, restarting, and more, and still can't print coupons from them. I get the message "You must be connected to the Internet to install the Coupon Printer for Windows." and the buttons "retry" and "cancel" and of course am connected to the internet. I have no idea (obviously!) why this is happening but have just learned to live with missing out on great coupons that could be saving me lots of money.

What kind of internet are you on? Private ISP or university?

This is my home personal computer. I always got error massage from coupon.com, most coupon printing programs and Bricks coupon.
Error massage telling me to got to Start (bottom left) - fax / printer - right click on the one and only printer I have, under property - advance option - unchecked "keep printed document"
I unchecked it - click apply. Something always over rides it and put check mark on the box again and always.

Any suggestion? Anybody has the same problem and how did you solve it? :worship:

I have the same problem. All of a sudden (2 wks) I can't print any coupons. Keep getting message to install the program, which I do (which I already had anyway) and then it says "done" and nothing printed... Very frustrating. Z :(

Now that I'm home instead of at the dorm, I'm trying to print coupons here. I get farther than I do at the dorm but the PC gets stuck at the last stage of sending the coupon to the printer. wtf?
