I wanted to get Samsung UN55B7000 55-Inch 1080p LED HDTV Lowest I could find is around $2600 any thing better ? anyone can suggest? :bulb:

Yea, me too. I compared this with the 8 series and 6 series. The 6 series is missing 2 features (DLNA and Content) that I want. The only advantage of the 8 series is the 240hz, but I don't think the difference between 240hz and 120hz is noticeable to the human eye.

Also, it doesn't say on the website what the dynamic contrast ratio is for the 7 series. Does anyone know?

The Dynamic Contrast Ratio for all Luxia (6000, 7000, and 8000) series are 3,000,000:1.

I actually compared the 7000 and 8000 series side by side at Best Buy and the 240hz was noticeable to me, but I wouldn't pay the extra money for that.
