KitchenAid Stand Mixer Accessories - Pasta roller and cutter, can opener, ice cream maker, food grinder, slicer and shredder

I finally bought my first KitchenAid mixer (5 qt Artisan Chrome for $199 -Lowe's- from this thread (http://forums.slickdeals.net/showthread.php?t=1440383&p=21062859&highlight=Lowes#post21062859)).

Now I'd like to work on getting some attachments to downsize all the other gadgets in my kitchen. Here is what I am looking for...

Pasta roller and cutter
Can opener
Ice cream maker
Food grinder
Slicer and shredder

Are there any other 'must have' attachments for these mixers?
