Looking for laptop close to $1000 after discount.

We have $1000 budget that we can spend for a laptop, so we want to get as good as possible.

Several criteria:
1. 14 or 15 " LCD
2. 4gb ram or higher (2gb *2)
3. Built in Webcam and microphone
4. Long battery time and lightweight
5. The price has to include vista that could be upgrade to window 7, along with office 2007.
6. Prefer 320 gb HD (250 GB acceptable)
7. Sony or Toshiba
