The Windows XP Pro key I've been using for about a year and bought off ebay has magically become non genuine because the batch was reported stolen. I'm currently doing alright in the OS department through other means but I'd like to get back to "genuine" soon.
I'm interested in Windows 7 Ultimate and also in Vista till 7 is released. What is the best way I can set myself up with a full, legal copy of Vista and an upgrade down the road to 7?
I'm currently looking at http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16832116675 but figured there might be a less expensive alternative floating around.
Also, I'm not really sure how the upgrade coupon works and was wondering if anyone knew more about it... Thanks for your help and time SD!
