Free Showtime and Starz for Uverse cusomters in July

Just noticed this today and saw an ad for it, to confirm it.


For the month of July Uverse cable customers should receive free Showtime and Starz channels.
Still looking for official links.

I work for AT&T and haven't heard a word about this! I'll check at work tomorrow. But I don't think this is the case! I'll post once I know. Maybe in other states but don't think it's in the SouthEast Region.

I got a message on my tv at the beginning of the month advising of free showtime and starz for July in Houston.

Houston is the Midwest market. Things are different here in SouthEastern Region which includes the following 9 states: NC, SC, TN, GA, FL, AL, MS, LA, KY If you are in the SouthEast Region you may NOT be getting this promotion. I'll check at work tomorrow.

I'm in NC and can confirm this! :) It doesn't include any on demand, and you get HD showtime but not HD Starz, and only two Starz channels in standard def.
