Help with Laptop

I am a newbie when it comes to laptop - so I need advice.

I need to buy a laptop for a friend in the Philippines.
I need something not too basic:

Mainly what I am looking for:

Hard Drive: 160+ GB
Web Camera: A must.
Memory: 3 GB ( could do with 2).
Battery: 6 cell
Blue tooth / Wireless: yes
Media Bay: DVD burner, would also like a 16 in 1 media reader but it's not a must.
OS: something that can later be upgraded to windows 7.
Need something new not refurb.

I would like to keep my budget under $400 but can go up to $450.

I would like to purchase within a week or two.

Can you guys point me in the right direction.

That one from OfficeMax would have been perfect...to bad it was a price mistake. I as soon as I try to buy it yesterday it said discontinued.

Everything looks good on this one except the processor - everyone is telling me to stay away from AMD.
