View Full Version : I need ONE large box - help!

I sold a mini-fridge for my friend on Ebay and she thought she still had the original box so we could ship it in that but she apparently lost it after I listed it. Now we need a large box (30"x20"x20") to ship it in. I found it at Staples for $65 for ten but I really only need one.
Does Fedex sell these? Can anyone help me find just ONE of these stupid boxes?

if you have a UPS store in your area, then you can check with them. Here I have seen that every UPS store sells boxes

check around the dumpsters of department stores. You might get lucky and find a broken down one.

Good advice! I wish my hubby still worked at Sears - could have any box I wanted.

Why not just call an appliance store and see if they have an empty you can have.
If you get one and it is too tall you can always just cut it down a little if necessary.

Good advice!
We ended up going to Home Depot and we bought a "wardrobe box". It's 24"x24"x36" but I'm going to cut it down to make it smaller.
