Hi all,

I bought some tires about a year and a half ago. Within a year they cupped and I don't think my car caused it, but I don't think I will have any shot at getting this covered under warranty. I didn't try yet, but I don't have the fight in me right now.

Do any places give you anything for your old tires? I've heard some places do, but I haven't found any and I'm thinking mine wouldn't qualify since they are cupped anyhow?

I'm probably just going to buy at Costco for the good service and just eat it this time, but I thought I'd ask here first in case some of you smart folks had any ideas for me.

Thanks!

2001 Nissan Sentra.

Goodyear Eagle F1 A/S bought at Mr. Tire.

What's runout? Maybe mine aren't cupped and that's it.

My car had no issues and this happened in probably 8k miles.

My car does have an alignment issue now, but that's only recent since I got shocks put on, but I'm sure they will claim that caused the issue.

Here's a link from a Sentra forum where I go into detail. Sorry, it's hard for me to type a lot.
