Small capacity SD cards - under 1GB

I need about a dozen small capacity SD or CF cards. Anything from 16mb - 1gb will do.

I figure these cards are trash to most folks nowadays, but can't find them anywhere.

Thanks, but they're $20. I was hoping to find small, obsolete cards on the cheap.
