I'm looking for a LCD TV that has at least the following specs:

32"
1080P
HDMI port

The cheaper the better, I'd prefer a brand name but would settle for a great price on an off brand.

I think Panasonic is the way to go, because they have superior panels to most others, IPS, and they're quite reasonably priced.

The Panasonic S1 is $630, the Vizio is $530 - so I don't really think it's worth $100 to get the Vizio.

But consider 720p in that size, unless you're sitting really close.
