I agree, I posted a radioshack giveaway thing that was moved to sweepstakes (didn't know one existed or I would have posted there originally, sorry) and people have been telling me they want to rep me but it won't allow them. If it helps people out and people want to award rep points, they should be allowed to in the sweepstakes and contests forum.
