Betty Crocker is giving away a free coupon for gluten-free mixes. Follow these steps in order to receive your coupon:
Call General Mills Consumer Services number: 1(800) 446-1898. At the main menu, hit #4 or say “four.”
This will take you to a customer representative.
Tell the representative that you are interested in the free gluten-free baking coupons.
He/she will ask a few questions: Zip code, whether your household did not limit gluten ingestion, limited gluten or was gluten-free, how many people live in the house and where you normally shop for gluten-free food (the name and street address of the store) and your address.
The representative assured me that General Mills does not share private information.
HTH someone!

This is dead now.
FYI, if you are not gluten free YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE PARTICIPATED.
If you can eat wheat gluten free food will taste like crap to you. So all you greedy people will make the mix, take one bite and not eat any more of it, and deny a celiac what is a delicious home baked treat compared to the wheat free stuff we normally have to pick from. You should feel sorry for these people, and instead you stole their opportunity and I doubt you'll even eat the food once you take the first bite. And you'll make it with your gluten covered pots and pans, so you can't even give the rest of it to someone you know that's gluten free because you just ruined it for them by adding your gluten.

GLUTEN FREE FOOD DOES NOT TASTE LIKE NORMAL FOOD
If you prepare this in your kitchen a celiac WILL NOT be able to eat it, and you WILL NOT like it.
Give them mix to a celiac to prepare and ask them if you can try a little. That way when you don't like it the rest won't have to be thrown away because you've contaminated it. Yes, something as simple as using a spoon to mix it that you've used to cook with before can make a celiac sick.
DO NOT REMOVE THIS WARNING. It is important. If someone makes this mix and gives the resulting food to a celiac they could make them miserably sick for weeks because of the gluten in their kitchen. Most people in this thread have no clue what hell being a celiac is. Let them read this and help a celiac instead of hurting them by being greedy and stealing their chance to try a new gluten free mix.

THIS PRODUCT IS DELICIOUS WHEN PREPARED WITHOUT GLUTEN FREE UTENSILS. TIME TO PUT AN END TO THE MYTH THAT IT WON'T TASTE GOOD IF YOU USE GLUTEN COVERED POTS AND PANS. I'M GLAD WE HAD AN OPPORTUNITY TO TRY GLUTEN FREE PRODUCTS EVEN IF WE AREN'T CELIACS.

I'm sure this product may have been delicious, but I think the point the previous poster was trying to get across is that Celiac disease is very serious. Also finding products that are affordable and good tasting are hard to come by for celiacs. So using this post and taking a coupon from a true celiac is not fair. I know that by the time I called to order this coupon for my dad who has this disease, it was no longer available. :(
I also want to say THANK YOU to Lupus for adding the warning, the statements made are completely true :)

No,Lupus' statements are only opinons. For one thing finding gluten free products is NOT difficult. They are in all of our supermarkets. When people start paying for my computer and paying for my DSL then they can tell me and others on boards who is allowed to send for which freebies.
