Lawn mower just died, need a new one but I don't want to buy one now if they will be on clearance soon. Anyone know if/when Home Depot puts them on clearance? Looking to buy the Toro Recycler 20331 ($299 reg. price).

Good question, I'm holding out with hopes of getting a clearance mower at the end of season too. What is wrong with your current mower? Probably a cheap fix for it to get you through the end of the year.

i bought my current mower from lowes on "clearance". it was a customer return that they apparently fixed. i got it last year, so can't remember how much i paid, but i know i got a damn good deal- i think $129 without any soft of coupon. it was in front of the store, chained up with a 8x11 sale tag on it along with 5 others. arlington, tx if that helps.

Yeah, I can keep it cobbled together or borrow the neighbor's for now, so I can wait a little bit, just wasn't sure if there is anything to even be waiting for!
