Okay, this isn't for me, it's for my brother. He has a time share that he's had for a few years now and he wants to get rid of it. He said that he might just stop paying on it and just let it go. I suggested he look into selling it so as to not have wasted his money. But I'm not well educated on the whole time share stuff.
So far he has paid somewhere around 10k and has like 20k to go. I think I remember the numbers right. Anyway, he said that he looked online and a lot of them are going for very cheap right now. Also, he's gotten an "offer", but he would have to pay some fees up front and he wasn't comfortable with the whole situation. It was from a broker type person.
Anyway, does anyone have any suggestions that I can pass on to my brother as far as if he should just let it go or to try and sell it?
