The samples are available to all UK residents (while stocks last). The sample application form will be removed from the website on 1st December 2009 (unless stocks are exhausted prior to this date).
No purchase necessary.
Any application containing incorrect, misleading or illegible information will be invalid.
The sample will be ELASTOPLAST SilverHealing Aqua Protect (1 plaster) and is not transferable. No cash or credit alternatives will be offered.
