Fireside Burger
INGREDIENTS:
Burger patty
Bun
Fireside sauce
Onion ring
Salsa
Spicy seasoning to blacken patty
Garlic butter
Spicy jack cheese
BUILD:
Season burger with spicy seasonings and sear with high
heat. Cook until done. Grill bun with garlic butter until
well-toasted to give it some crunch. Serve burger with spicy
jack cheese, topped with fireside on the bottom and salsa
on the top and an onion ring. Garlic or chili fries on the
side with Fireside sauce for dipping, of course.
