I think this is the same. The other offer was not for a sample on your birthday, but a sample for signing up for their bd club.

Yes there is. When you join, you get a coupon for the sample hand cream. Did you fill out the form? If you do, you will get the hand cream coupon. The gift you will get on your bd is a value of $25.That is not the gift you will get on your bd--that gift has a much higher retail value.
