I want to PC game on my HDTV but the wires don't reach. I do have a set of wireless keyboard/mouse combo but they're not made for gaming... Particularly the mouse, it only has 3 buttons. The keyboard is a bit mushy also. I'm not sure about the latency and lag on them because I have them installed on my old computer and I hardly ever game on it.
Please find me a deal on GAMING wireless keyboard and mouse. Maybe under $40 each? Yeah, hard target to shoot I guess but can't hurt to try.
Using quad core computer, if that matters. TIA!

Not really sure why you need a gaming keyboard but I could check out the Wireless Entertainment Desktop Keyboard/Mouse Combo 7000 you can find them on ebay new for around that price.

Hardcore gamers will argue that the term "wireless gaming mouse" is an oxymoron.
I'm not a hardcore gamer, but I do play quite a bit. I use a Logitech S520 keyboard and whatever wireless mouse came with it.
Here's a link to it: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/596314-REG/Logitech_920_000922_Cordless_Desktop_S520_Cordless .html
It's nice and light, keys feel great, mouse is reasonably responsive.
edit...After re-reading your post, you may not like the mouse - only 3 buttons. I don't think you can get much more in your price range, tho. MX Revolutions are pretty good but not in the budget you're looking at.

It's out of your budget but if you have to have a "gaming" wireless set up, the mouse i'd go for is either the Logitech G7 (~70 bucks on amazon/newegg). I used it for a while but the battery life was too low (~12 hours) on the highest DPI setting so I ended up buying a g5, which is the same mouse but wired.
For keyboards I can't imagine using a wireless keyboard as I've been using the logitech g15 keyboard for ~4 years (on my 2nd one) so I'm not much help there.

Actually I already have a G9, plus an MX518..... worst comes to worst I may get USB extension cord if I can't find a good deal.
