Laptop cooling pad under $30

Hi
I need a good laptop cooling pad for my Dell latitude D620 under $30. The one I found on Amazon is Logitech N100. Its got good reviews but i am delaying because it is white and my laptop is black so hoping that you guys have some good advices for me.

This is what my brother uses, it seems underpowered but does keep the temperature down. reviews not great
