I have Vista Home Premium and I know I'm eligible for the $119 Upgrade but is it liable to get any cheaper? Any thoughts? Is there a better way?
Can I buy a Dell mini and get a free upgrade?

I want to know also if anyone has thoughts on getting it cheaper--the reviews all talk about it being a low price but $119 isn't low for me and I hate Vista, got a laptop with it for xmas gift, so hope to upgrade.
