I decided to put my thread here in the lounge for obvious reasons.

IT IS FREE!

Angels for Hope mailed out over 65,000 (knited or crochet?) angels, butterflies or smiley faces last year. They are sent on request to someone in need of hope. There is also a patriotic angel in red, white and blue. The request must be for someone in need of hope not a gift for birthdays. People from all over the world donate their time and supplies to create these items. I came accross this website and wanted to share. I sent one to an aunt who was just diagnosed with ALS.

You can be assured your request will be filled as quickly as possible. They are usually assigned within a 7-10 days and received within a couple of weeks.


On the flip side, the people of slick deals are always getting the best deals, sometimes we need to give back. This website also takes donations, so if you are able and willing and like to give back. Spread HOPE with a free angel of hope or donate. :heart:

BECAUSE it's meant for people that are ill or facing a crisis - this is not meant as a freebie.
I hope it doesn't get abused. THe OP put it in the lounge for that reason.

yup, i won`t order it either, cause i`m not in crisis and don`t want to use people, that actually DO good in this world , using their own money and time to help others. plz, if you`re not in need, don`t order it, just because it`s free... just let someone know, who can use some hope and gifts.
