looking for Welk timeshare information...will rep!

I was wondering if anyone has purchased a Welk timeshare before, and if you did...how did you like it?

Also, I am looking for info on how Welk timeshares are different from other timeshare companies such as Wyndham, Shell, Marriott etc etc... I know that Welk is owner-owned instead of corporation owned, and that their prices are much cheaper compared to other timeshare companies. Plus, they are a 5 star "premier" resort.
