Looking for a deal on a Cell Phone contract

I have finished my contract with Sprint. WIth Sprint I have 1000 minutes, nights start at 7 pm, weekend free and 500 free text messages - All this for 38 dollars including taxes.
I am wondering if this is a good deal or should I switch the career for a better deal.
