Monkeybar Buddies or Francie Pants?

I'd like to get some shorts to go under dresses for my daughter. The only two brands I'm aware of that make these are Monkeybar Buddies and Francie Pants. Is anyone aware of a discount for either of those? Or another brand that is less expensive?

You can just get regular bike shorts from Gymboree.
