This is the 32 inch TV that I have in the living room and I would like to upgrade.

I am looking to spend around $500-$700 includes tax and shipping. The TV will be placed in the living room 5-7 feet away from the couch with lots of lighting in the afternoon. The TV will not be mounted on the wall but placed on a TV stand. The purpose for the TV is to watch movies on dvd and tv shows.
Any help on finding me a great deal would be appreciated.
