Does anyone know if this kinda stuff is safe for daily use? I'm not trying to thread crap OP so please don't take it that way. My DH started a job where he works 10-12 hour days and is taking something similar to NODoz that he got at a truck stop. I'm just not happy that he takes it daily or close to daily anyway.

I'm just not happy that he takes it daily or close to daily anyway.Really depends on what he is taking...NoDoz is just caffeine...an 8oz cup of coffee has about 140mg of it and one tablet of NoDoz has 200mg. So is it safe? About as safe as drinking 1-2 cups of coffee a day. Some people will tell you that's not safe...but some people will tell you anything. :)

This is assuming what your husband is taking is just caffeine.

Take this down with my Monster drink. I'll be up for days =D ReppedI would ask...why waste the $2+ on the energy drink in the first place? The main source of energy from it is the 160mg of caffeine and one NoDoz gets you 200mg of caffeine. Not sure what the price of NoDoz is but another over the counter caffeine supplement at $3.70 bottle (90pills) comes out to about 0.04 cents per 200mg capsule.
