Need some advice on a Desktop build for CS4

I’m looking for a deal on a dual monitor desktop that can manipulate the program by Adobe Creative Suite 4 master collection(CS4). Also im assuming ill want a deal on vista 64 bit premium OS. One that would qualify for a free Win 7 64 bit upgrade in November. I was thinking about a P6T MoBo. So also a deal on two videos cards. Fata1ty championship Sound card. And 12 Gig of ram. Anyone has any experience and or advice…Ie am I heading in the right direction?…I wanna keep the whole deal with a pen tablet under 1500. TYI for any help with this.
