I replied to a post earlier and then short after tried to perform a mod alert. It told me that I had to wait 15 more seconds, so I did a back and then tried to submit again. I was apparently slightly off as it said I had to wait 2 more second. I hit submit again and the alert went through. However, when I checked my mod alert quick link, it showed up three times.
