Well, I created a card from their hope collection, filled out all of the information, including my Visa #, keyed in the promotion code, got a $0.00 balance on the billing page, then placed my order. The receipt they sent to my e-mail shows I'm being charged $3.59! No way to cancel the card, either. I wrote to their customer care department and hope they can fix it. This sucks.

Don't give them your credit card!!
You don't need to. i just typed in the promo words and it was applied.
