usb laser mouse

built my new computer only to find out it doesn't have a mouse port. now i need a usb mouse. prefer laser because they're more precise but may settle for optical if the price is much cheaper. not looking to spend more than about $15 for a mouse. prefer non-wireless so i don't have to mess with batteries but i have lots of AA batteries. absolutely no AAA wireless for me. thanks for all help

anything out there under $15? if you find a combo deal for keyboard and mouse, that could work also. for a keyboard i only want a regular keyboard with some volume controls and a few extra buttons to open up internet, music, and maybe two or three custom programs

is it ps/2 or usb? i need usb only because my motherboard only has one keyboard slot and six usb slots. no extra ps/2 slot for a mouse.

found it in their ad. now i'm not sure if i want to go the real cheap route and get just this mouse with MIR or stick with my upgraded keyboard and mouse for $17 after MIR.
