According to CR Vizio LCD's only fail 3% of the time and are among the most reliable.

I can vouch for the Vizio 370M. Great TV; purchased for the same price, but with Costco and it comes with a 2 year warranty and 90 day money-back guarantee as opposed to Walmart's 1-year warranty.
I have not seen that second 37" anywhere, VW37L. That looks like an amazing price for a 37" lcd!
