RSS feed is pretty minimalistic... [Archive]

Hi SD team,

This site has evolved so much since 2003 that it's amazing. Currently, I use the front page RSS feed to stay in touch and keep informed of the current deals. My only complaint is that the feed is about as minimalistic as it could be.

Is there any way to include the deal text, links and picture in the feed? There are times that I have no idea what the deal is about just from the title. Often I click on your front page, but often I don't either. It would be helpful if there was more information on the feed.

Possible? Worth the work? Thank you for your consideration.

Damn, this post was a while back and nothing's changed... I'm with you on this, the RSS feeds blow... reading them on my BlackBerry is almost useless with some of the titles the posts use.

I know this is going to add nothing to this issue, but I'd just like to say that I'm glad to see that lux is alive. I was reading a thread wondering what happened to some of the oldtimers just a few days ago, and your name came up. Good to see you.

Nice to see you again. I'm around, but not very often as I started a business in Santiago Chile that takes up most of my time.
