highly doubt it with the credit industry cutting their losses and running but you can check out bankrate.com for different options...make sure to read the fine print

You might want to check a list of 0% APR offers at http://ibankdesign.com/board/0_low_rate_offers_for_personal_credit_cards_f132.h tml . Even though most offers there are balance transfer offers, in some cases, the cards also offer 0% on purchases that is not mentioned on the list (because the list author apparently did not care about them). You would need to look at card webpages to find this out, which you would need to do anyway to make sure that the offers are still valid.

Capital One has a couple with 12 month 0% on both purchases and transfers. 3% transfer fee. I haven't seen any without a balance transfer fee recently.

Capital One charges a yearly fee. I would go with Blue from American Express.

Bank of America NEA WorldPoints Platinum Plus: 0% for 12 months, no Balance Transfer fees for first 12 months, pays 1 point per dollar on charges. Not sure about annual fee as I can't seem to get the Terms & Conditions to load for me now):

Citibank Diamond Preferred : 0% for 12 months, no Balance Transfer fees for first 12 months, no annual fee:

There is also a Citi Professional which is similar (plus gives 15,000 ThankYou points after your first purchase):

USBank: Multiple options (I got the LinuxFund one) 0% for 12 months, no annual fee, no Balance Transfer fees:

That's all I can think of at the moment. There are quite a few others that are 0 for 12 but they charge 3% or more transfer fees. Also plenty of 0 for 6 months that I didn't think you were interested in.

Thanks, I don't know about the OP, but this is the information I was looking for.
