Is it possible to get the free BIS add-on with SERO? I followed links to sprintgurus.com, but the site doesn't appear to be up anymore. PLEASE pm me if you have any info. Thanks.

from my understanding (and some experience trying to get this) you can't add BIS to a 1077 (500 minute) or 1079 (1250 minute) sero plan. these are the ones with built in messaging and data. they tried to add it to mine when i had the blackberry curve but it was giving them error messages for redundant features or something. i think you have to change your plan to 1078 or 1080 (unsure about 1080) which is the same plan minutes, but instead of standard messages and data, you get blackberry messages and data.

just to clarify, i think the actual plan codes are as follows:

FF1077 (500 minute sero plan)
FF1079 (1250 minute sero plan)
FF1078 (500 minute sero plan that replaces basic texts and data with blackberry service)
FF1080 (1250 blackberry sero plan)

not completely sure but this may help you out.
