Coupon comes on the back of a 1 oz bag of T.G. I. Fridays Potato Skins. I bought the cheddar and bacon. Coupon clearly states on the front of the bag of chips get 5 bucks off your next restaurant visit.
Minimum 15 dollar purchase, then use coupon to get 5 bucks off. Coupon is on the back of the bag and is about 1 1/2 inches in size, with dotted lines to cut it out.
Coupon does not expire until May 1st 2010.
FYI These bags of potato skins can most likely be found in vending machines. Not sure if the larger bags of chips have the coupon or not.
